Nashville-based Soles4Souls™ facilitates the donations of both new and used shoes, which are used to aid the hurting worldwide. Soles4Souls has distributed more than 4 million pairs (currently donating one pair every 17 seconds) to people in over 70 countries, including Honduras, Uganda, Romania, and the United States. The charity has been featured recently in Runner's World and the Green Guide by National Geographic. It has also appeared on CNN, NBC, ABC, FOX, CBS, and hundreds of regional outlets around North America.

Balance Walking Coaches and sponsor Foot Solutions are proud to be supporters of Soles4Souls. Foot Solutions stores are also drop-off points for shoes.
In honor of this partnership, Foot Solutions stores are currently collecting new and gently worn shoes at over 200 of their retail locations nationwide with a goal of 30,000 pairs donated by next Spring.

In addition to collecting shoes, Foot Solutions and Balance Walking also sponsor the Soles4Souls RV Tour, which is traveling across the nation to raise awareness of the 300 million children and untold adults around the world without shoes. We have even had people leave bags of shoes in front of our stores in the middle of the night. Our collections across our 200 plus store system are going better than initially planned and we are shooting for 30,000 pairs of shoes on this drive. The big factor here is the people still want to give and be helpful. This program allows them to do this and clean out their closets at the same time,” he said.
