Part of our Balance Walking Plan is to help you stay motivated. The secret to staying motivated is to form a realistic physical fitness goal. For example, committing to 15 minutes per day, everyday, is achievable and realistic. Each day after your activity, keep track by logging your minutes using the
Presidents tracking program. We have found that this is a great way to accumulate and chart progress, create excitement and camaraderie among Balance Walking Clubs. Balance Walking Groups can also compete against each other or compete as teams. Attending group walks and events will improve your form and help keep you motivated to accomplish your personal goals.
