Throw diets out! They just do not work long-term. Eating is a joy of life that should be enjoyed. By eating less processed and more natural foods, as well as eating smaller portions more often, eating can be both enjoyable and healthy. You’ll stop counting calories and worrying about what you can’t eat, and will be more satisfied. Eat, drink and be merry – life is simple, why do we complicate it?

Plant a fig tree in your yard or any other fruit-bearing tree that will survive and flourish in the climate where you live. How about just a few tomato plants? Have you ever tasted a ripe tomato picked off the vine? The fruit is bursting with flavor and loaded with healthy nutrients. Can’t handle it? Then be more like the Mediterranean’s, purchase fresh local grown often, shop more often and eat what is fresh and available today.
